Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Multifamily team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of the project
  • Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
  • Manage contract administration responsibilities 
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants
  • Internal Staff Coordination

Qualifications

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture is required
  • 7+ years of experience in construction administration
  • CA experience in multifamily wood construction specifically Type 3 and type 5 construction required
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
  • Display strengths in technical excellence
  • Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
  • Confident presentation ability
  • Revit or AutoCAD proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
  • Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
